These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GameSpeed Academy website and participation in our programs. By registering for any training, camp, club team, or purchasing merchandise, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Registration & Payment

  • Full payment (or required deposit) must be received prior to participation.
  • Registration is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Refund Policy

  • Monthly training fees are non-refundable once the training period begins.
  • Camp registrations are non-refundable within 7 days of camp start date.
  • Club team fees are subject to individual team agreements.
  • Merchandise sales are final unless the item is defective.

GameSpeed Academy reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

3. Assumption of Risk

Participation in basketball training and competition involves inherent risks, including risk of injury.

By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge:

  • They understand the risks associated with athletic participation.
  • They assume full responsibility for any injury or loss.
  • They will complete all required waivers before participation.

A separate liability waiver may be required prior to participation.

4. Medical Responsibility

Parents/guardians are responsible for:

  • Informing GameSpeed Academy of any medical conditions
  • Providing emergency contact information
  • Ensuring the athlete is physically able to participate

In case of emergency, we may seek medical care on your behalf.

5. Code of Conduct

GameSpeed Academy reserves the right to remove any athlete or parent for:

  • Disruptive behavior
  • Harassment
  • Unsafe conduct
  • Failure to follow coaching instruction
  • Unsportsmanlike conduct

No refunds will be issued in cases of removal for misconduct.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, videos, and training materials are the property of GameSpeed Academy and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Media Release

By participating in our programs, you grant GameSpeed Academy permission to:

  • Photograph and film athletes
  • Use images or video for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes

If you wish to opt out, written notice must be submitted prior to participation.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
  • Disrupt website functionality
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameSpeed Academy shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data
  • Website interruptions
  • Third-party service failures

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in programs constitutes acceptance of any updates.
