MONTHLY TRAINING
Our Monthly Training program provides structured, consistent development designed to build strong fundamentals and long-term performance growth.
Built for players looking to refine their habits and mechanics in way that will translate directly into more competitive play. Our sessions includes heavy amounts of 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 game play that will continuously re-enforce our core concepts.
Players can sign up for 1-session per week, 2-sessions per week, or join a Club Team.
Club Team memberships include 2-sessions per week and 2 tournaments per month.
Club Team Plus memberships include 3-sessions per week and 2 tournaments per month.Â

On offense, we prioritize decision-making under pressure, spatial awareness, and advantage creation. Players are expected to perform movements, passes, and shots with live reads, pressure, and tempo.
On defense, we emphasize man-to-man pressure with early help and help-the-helper principles. Our players learn ball-gap-help communication as well as techniques for becoming true lock down defenders; who generate steals, block shots, and really disrupt the game.
Conditioning and agility work are integrated to ensure players improve both physically and mentally throughout the program.With ongoing evaluation and personalized feedback, Monthly Training creates accountability and measurable progress. Whether preparing for the season or striving to reach the next competitive level, this program offers the structure, intensity, and support needed to achieve sustained improvement.
